I just came back from vacation. I traveled 2200 miles to visit friends, their child, and, well, to get this picture.

Oliver’s First V-Day gift from a lady friend in the midwest. He’s 7 months old today! He had two more shots so we snuck in an unofficial weigh in to see how chunky he is. 20 lbs, 0.4 oz. What the. Who is this kid?

The storm battered Long Island and up north but those of us in NYC, we seem to be a-ok. 9-10 inches in Washington Heights. We have yet to put Oliver in a snowbank – but soon! SOON!
