Black paraments? What is it, 1950?
Actually, it would be great (liturgically) if it were 1950. The neighbors would do it all in Latin, we’d still have the Introits and the Jacobean language, 90% of altars would be ad orientem, and I’d get to wear the black stole I inherited from Grandpa.
Could it be 1950 again? Maybe just for a few weeks?
